The EVH 5150III® Hypersonic™ 6L6 2x12 combo amplifier uses powerful digital processing to faithfully replicate the EVH 5150III 6L6 tube combo.

A high-performance digital power amp provides the headroom and dynamic range of a real tube amp. Paired with Celestion® speakers and a closed-back plywood cabinet, it delivers EVH tone, volume, and dynamics that are nearly indistinguishable from the original all-tube version.

These innovations significantly reduce the weight compared to the tube model. Concentric EQ controls for channels one and two, along with independent noise gate controls per channel, improve usability. The updated footswitch allows control of both reverb and the effects loop.

Other features include a power selector with full power and five attenuated levels, balanced XLR output with IR cabinet simulations, and a mute switch for silent performance or recording. Available in black or ivory vinyl.
