It certainly does the job but it's expensive. You don't need the overpriced singular sound breakout cable to connect it to the beat buddy. Just use a Ps2 to 5 pin Din cable and shave the plastic sleeving away to make the Ps2 plug fit. The Beat Buddy female Ps2 socket is deliberately recessed to prevent a cheap Ps2 plug going in.

Ottimo controller midi, nel mio caso il più adatto, in quanto vado a controllare l'Aeros e il Beat Buddy della singular sound. Facile da programmare con la sua App (attenzione l'app ha bisogno, oltre che del Bluetooth, anche della posizione attiva per funzionare). Unico neo, per me che sono un cliente italiano, non è presente l'alimentatore con presa italiana o shuko, ma non è stato un problema, in quanto il midi maestro funzione con un normale alimentatore 9v che avevo già in Pedaliera. A questo prezzo, prodotto decisamente consigliato.

It it fully customisable and I can change the pedals functions through the app on my iPad. It is easy to read the clear pedal displays and when you use the midi with the beat buddy it automatically makes the writting on the beat buddy go extra large so you can read it. I added an expression pedal to the maestro so I can adjust the tempo by foot. It also has an option to add another pedal so you can change even more options by foot. Very happy with my purchase and with the service Muziker gave me. Thank you
